CALL OUT – 22/08/15 – 18:57 – Southport Quads tasked to reports of five casualties in difficulty in the mud on Formby Beach towards Altcar.
The Quads set off with the Mud Rescue kit and Southport Lifeboat proceed to the launch site, however the casualties had managed to free themselves from the mud and were confirmed safe by Crosby Coastguard Rescue Team at approximately 19.15.
Southport Coastguard Rescue Team also in attendance.
