Southport kids can ‘ditch those stabilisers’

The Easter holidays see the return of the popular ‘Ditch Those Stabilisers’ cycling events.

Children aged four and above can learn to ride a bike unaided at sessions in Litherland, Southport and Ainsdale.

The events have a very high success rate and staff from Sefton Council’s Travel Awareness and Safety Team offer a range of practical advice to children and their parents.

Sessions are free but pre-booking is essential.
