Resident Garry Burgess said: “I am not surprised at all. Coco-Cola have more than likely heard of the over-zealous, officious bonus-chasing and target-lead parking enforcement teams and the extortionate parking prices”. On a more positive note Southport’s Christmas Lights Switch On will take place on Lord Street on Saturday 19th November. The Southport BID is hosting a switch on with live music, all hosted by out of town radio station Smooth Radio FM despite Southport having three stations, Mighty Radio, Coast Radio, Sandgrounder.
