Southport fail to install working floodlights ahead of the first home game of the season

KICK-OFF for Southport’s first home game of the season on August 18 has been brought forward to 6.30pm.

Gateshead have agreed to Southport’s plea of an earlier kick-off time. The floodlights at Haig Avenue have still not been replaced.

The game was originally scheduled to begin at 7.45pm.
