Presenters on Mighty Southport Radio are among those shocked by news today of the death of music producer and reality TV star David Gest.
Kevin Peet who present’s the Soul Show on Mighty Southport Radio was due to interview him this Sunday about David’s latest Soul show’s coming up across the uk.
Mighty Radio’s David Quinn and Trevor Ford have also worked with David Gest for many years and said that the entertainment industry over the past decade has lost great names, with David Gest being one of them who we have worked with.
Mighty Radio’s producer Paul Tasker said “david was a weird/crazy but well respected guy. Great producer, knew his music and artists. Will never forget him for saying “when I’m next in Southport, I’m taking you and kev peet for a rossi’s Ice cream”.
