If you are thinking about what to do when you leave school then Southport College Open Evening on Thursday 11 February 2016 is the perfect place to visit.

Southport College recommends you get as much information as you can about everything that’s on offer. The ideal place to start is at one of their Open Evenings.

Between 3.30pm and 7.30pm on Thursday 11 February 2016, you’ll have the opportunity to find out about all of their courses, meet the tutors, meet current students and even try out a course taster activity in one of their workshops.

Southport College offers a wide range of opportunities, with courses that have been designed to lead you into employment, an apprenticeship or on to university.

Their Apprenticeship Information Zone will be available for students who want to leave school this September and start an Apprenticeship. Visitors will be able to pre-register their interest in Apprenticeships and ask any questions they might have about the subject.

And if you are thinking about what to do after A-Levels or Level 3 qualifications their University Centre will be open for you to have a look around and talk to tutors about their range of degree level qualifications on offer. Applications for degree level courses at Southport College are still open outside of the UCAS deadline

At Open Evenings, both their tutors and Student Guidance team are on hand to provide you with all the information, advice and guidance you may need about Further Education. It’s important to find the right course for you, to discover where it can take you and to get a feel for College life.

Southport College Open Evenings are held at their Mornington Road campus. Please contact their School Liaison Team on 01704 392741 or schools@southport.ac.uk for more information or visit www.southport.ac.uk
