Crosby beach is backed by a promenade, where you can safely view the Another Place ‘Iron Men’. Only Formby, Ainsdale and Southport are designated bathing beaches and the Keep Britain Tidy’s Seaside Award recognises and rewards beaches in England that achieve the highest standards of beach management.
