Shoplifter arrested Asda Central 12 Southport
Police were called to Asda, Central 12, Southport, (Tuesday 20 December) following a call from security staff.
A witness told our reporter: “Police arrived at the store at around 11:30pm, minutes after the call and arrested a female on suspicion of shoplifting.”
The woman was put into the rear of a police car and taken away for further questioning at a police station in Liverpool.
