Health & Safety issue that exists behind Hoghton Street shops.

Today Sefton council declined to comment on the needle situation in Southport town centre.

In a report published yesterday, concerned business owners expressed their concerns.

One shopkeeper said:

”Smackheads are using the place to shoot up in during the day and also at night” “They get their fix then just throw their used needles on the ground with no consideration for others”

“We have complained to Sefton Council about this issue but this has fallen on deaf ears so we decided to contact Southport’s number 1 news media outlet OTS News (Onthespot News).co.uk in a bid to highlight the dreadful situation .”
