Sefton Council, through [email protected] Since completing the scheme, 10 of the delegates have secured jobs and a further two have continued work experience with a view to future employment. The two-week scheme was part of a broader partnership between [email protected] The programme, designed and delivered by Stobart Group and [email protected] The delegates also gained work experience with the partner employers including Roport, Peel Ports, Docklands European, DACSA, Kindecs and Discount Express Retail. Alan Lunt, Sefton Council’s Director of Built Environment said: “These interactive and dynamic workshops were designed to give delegates the best possible opportunity of gaining employment by providing them with the skills employers have expressed they would like to see in future employees. “I am delighted that a number of delegates have secured jobs and further training.
