Ruthless traffic warden tickets car but leaves dog for near dead in Southport

A traffic warden ticketed a car but left a dog for near dead along The Promenade, Southport this afternoon, Friday 26 August 2016.

A member the public told our reporter, “The car was ticketed despite having a blue badge on. The dog was barking and looked very distressed. The traffic warden wasn’t for hanging around, he did one soon as he had issued a ticked.”

“After around one hour the owners returned to the car and passers by vented the anger towards the couple, it got a little heated.

The dog didn’t look well, hopefully its okay”
