There was a RTC involving two vehicles at the traffic lights on Preston New Road, Southport, at around 7:45 pm this evening, Sunday 8 March.
A vehicle ran into the rear of another vehicle at the traffic lights, resulting in minor damage to both cars.
Four police vehicles attended the scene to warn other motorists and road users that a RTC had occurred.
There were no serious injuries reported.
