RTC Ince Lane Formby Bypass December 17th, 2012 admin Latest News Shares Comments Firefighters have rescued people from a RTC on the Formby Bypass. The crash happened on the Ince Lane section of the Formby Bypass, just after 12.50pm, which involved two vehicles. Firefighters cut the roof from one of the vehicles using hydraulic cutting equipment and freed a 44-year-old woman who was trapped inside. She was removed from the vehicle on a spinal board and was taken to Aintree Hospital by ambulance suffering suspected neck and back injuries. A 25-year-old man from the other vehicle is not believed to have suffered any injuries. Two fire appliances from Aintree Community Fire Station and Bootle & Netherton Community Fire Station attended.
