Residents of the cul-de-sac off Liverpool Road in Birkdale Village have become increasingly annoyed at he state of the rose gardens in the middle if the 2 sets of houses.
One resident said to OTSnews: “I am utterly appalled at the state of these gardens. They have not been tended to for weeks and it’s just got out of hand. When the gardens are maintained it makes it a lovely place to live but when its not it looks like a tip.”
The council have not yet released a statement on why the gardens have not been kept in so long.
