Resident concerned for neighbour’s dog

A concerned resident has sent in a photograph of his neighbour’s dog after it showing signs of possible neglect.

The dog’s ribs are clearly showing and it’s kept in a rear yard tied to a long lead most of the day whilst its owner is at work.

The neighbour said: “I don’t want to get anybody into trouble and I don’t know whether to call the local authorities”.
