GEORGE THIERENS Passed away suddenly at home on Monday 30th November leaving heartbroken wife Lilian, children Michelle, Melanie, Richard and his many grandchildren.
George was a well-known figure in Southport who was loved, liked and respected by many. George was the original “Gate Man” recognised for his red overalls and long hair!
His exceptional skill and craftsmanship made him an inspiration to many. A genuine true gentleman who will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Funeral will take place on Friday 11th December at Southport crematorium at 3.20pm for anyone wishing to pay their last respects.
