Popular Southport sandwich shop has a new owner

The popular brookfields sandwich shop has a new owner.

After five years at the helm of one of the most popular delicatessens, Eve Tupou has hung up her apron and has passed on the business to new hands.

She said: “Brookfield’s is now under new management. I would like to wish the new owner all the very best in his new venture.

“May I also take this opportunity to thank all my customers for their loyal custom in the last 5 years, it has been a pleasure serving, meeting and making friends during my time there.
