Police break into van to rescue dogs in distress

The police and the RSPCA United this morning to rescue four dogs trapped in a van.

It’s believed the distressed dogs were left there at least overnight while their owner stayed at the nearby Scarisbrick Hotel.

A warning had been taped to the Van’s window last night by concerned RSPCA officers but when they returned this morning, nothing had been done.

The dogs were left living in their own excrement
