Paramedics called to King Street Southport 

Emergency services were called King Street, Southport after reports an elderly woman falling on the uneven town centre pavement, Tuesday 10 May 2016.

The incident happened at shortly after 11am apposite the popular Falstaff pup. A witness said: “The pub  manager did a fantastic job looking after the woman whilst they waited for the paramedics arrive”.

The lady was transferred to Southport hospital, her condition is not thought to serious at this time.
