Over Spewed Rubbish and Scattered Litter welcomes visitors

Sefton council is struggling to keep up with the demand put on them, residents have sent photographs of the old sand plant car park.

This  resident also said: “Should the council that fines people for dropping a cigarette butt not first put its own house in order?”

“What legal mechanism exists to hold the council to account over this – what are paying our taxes for?”

As you see from the photo above, us visitors the bins, however the council are failing to empty them.
