Albert Roux OBE, known for his elegant and delicious dishes headed all the way to Hallidays of Birkdale for a huge fish order for his good Friday meal with friends. The chef bought himself turbot, lobster and halibut in order to create a delicious concoction of meals including fresh wild turbot with a lobster mousse.
