One Vision Housing has a Vision for Ainsdale Woodlands

A meeting is to be held tonight (Thursday 7 July) regarding a proposed development by One Vision Housing on Elizabeth Ave in Southport.

The meeting will be held at the Ainsdale Community Centre on Liverpool Road.

Facebook page has been set up by Sharon Cook to save the woods in George Drive.

Sharon said: “This group is to show support/help for anyone wanting to help save the woods in George Drive Ainsdale from being cut down & then houses being built there.”

Jean Cook said: “We have lived here nearly 46 yes. My children and many many more have enjoyed playing here and now my grandchildren. Future generations are going to be denied the pleasure. What is happening that a very small piece of land is needed to build 21 houses  – And how could they get that may houses on it?”
