A final call has been issued to heating installers across the North West, as there are now only four weeks remaining to enter the Heating Installer of the Year Awards.

Honouring those who constantly deliver an outstanding service for homeowners and who go above and beyond the call of duty every day of the year, the awards sets out to shine a spotlight on the most dedicated and hard-working heating installers across the UK.

Entries have flooded in from across the country and the awards will soon be coming to a close. However, there is still one last chance to enter heating installers from the North West, ahead of the deadline on 12th February at 5pm.

The Heating Installer of the Year Awards is sponsored by Continental Underfloor in conjunction with top magazine for the trade, Installer, as well as Daikin UK, Graham Plumbers’ Merchant and Adey.

The judging panel, made up of industry experts, is on the hunt for installers who can demonstrate that an exceptional job was done, from the work carried out and challenges overcome, to the customer satisfaction levels of the homeowner. Plumbers and heating engineers will be rewarded for their outstanding jobs, no matter the type of heating system fitted, that ensure customers receive only the very best service and quality.

The North West’s winner will be announced in March and will then compete to be crowned the National Heating Installer of the Year 2016. Voted for by the public, the overall winner will be revealed at the National Heating and Plumbing Show, Installer2016, which will take place in May at Coventry’s Ricoh Arena.

Chris Ingram, managing director of headline sponsor Continental Underfloor, explains: “The response we’ve received from plumbers and heating installers so far across the North West has been brilliant, but there is still ample opportunity to enter the awards – this is a chance to shine.

“These awards have been created to recognise installers who ensure homes across the North West can be heated to the standards that we all now expect as consumers and realistically, our homes simply couldn’t function without them. Heating installers today aren’t just on hand to mend our homes when things go wrong, but also to offer advice on everything from tiling to the best floor coverings. If that sounds like you or a heating installer you know, now is the time to enter.”

Mark McGettigan from Installer magazine adds: “The quality of entries received so far from the North West has been really high; they truly demonstrate what people in our industry can deliver, no matter how big or small, simple or challenging the job may be. So, if you’re a happy homeowner impressed with the service you’ve received, or an installer who’s proud of a great job well done, the awards are calling your name.”

To enter, installers should visit www.hi-awards-2016.org.uk and fill in the short form. Providing additional information such as images and even video footage of the job will help the judges to rate the work carried out. Adding any examples of going above and beyond to help the homeowner will be judged favourably. The deadline for entries is 5pm on 12thFebruary 2016 and full terms and conditions can be found on the website.
