Original: Concerns for missing Ormskirk man

We are appealing for information after a 41-year-old man went missing from Ormskirk.

Neil Baines was last seen around 8.30pm on Monday (November 21) at an address in Wigan Road.

He is described as white, 5ft 8in tall, of stocky build, with dark brown cropped hair. He was wearing a dark top, jeans and uses glasses.

He has links to the Lancaster and Blackburn areas, while police believe he could have travelled to Southport or Huddersfield.

Sgt Andy Bramhall, of Lancashire Police, said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Neil’s welfare and are appealing for information leading to his whereabouts.

“He has been missing for several days now and we want to find him as soon as possible.

“Anyone who has seen him or knows where he is asked to contact police.”

Anyone with information can contact police on 101 quoting log reference 1463 of November 21.
