Mr Sticky Fingers is Tories’ man for Norwood May 5th, 2014 admin Latest News Shares Comments Desperate Sefton Tories have had to pick their third choice candidate for Southport’s Norwood Ward after their original choice Karl Kingston dropped out. The Conservatives approached previous candidates for the ward who said ‘no thank you’ so they were left with Anthony White. Tesco security man Anthony White had an intersting brush with the law last year when his wife Angela was turned down in her bid to move up from Community Support Officer to Policewoman. Anthony decided to protest by super-gluing his arm to the Police Station front desk until the Police changed their minds and let his wife join the force. But the police officers managed to remove him from the counter before the glue had dried. Mr White was arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage and questioned about the incident but was later released on police bail.
