Mindless vandals smash Lord Street phone box

Mindless vandals have smashed a phone box along Lord Street this morning, Wednesday 2 December 2015.

Dukes ward councillor David Barton quoted:

“It’s always disappointing to see these mindless acts of vandalism and the effect they have on everyone in town.

I will be speaking to the relevant authorities about this and would urge anyone with any information about who did this to contact the police.

There is so much work being done by many different people to make our town a better place for people to live and visit.

The vandals who have carried out this act clearly have no consideration for anyone else.”
