Police have released pictures of some stolen property recovered from an address in Birkenhead that they want to reunite with their rightful owners.

Following a number of searches at an address on Old Chester Road, Birkenhead in August and September last year, a large quantity of suspected stolen property was recovered.

A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary and is currently on police bail pending further police enquiries.

Police have identified the owners of some of the stolen property, which is in the process of being returned to them. However, there still remains some items outstanding that police would like to reunite with their rightful owners. These include high value tools and gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, strimmers, chain saws, drills and angle grinders.

Anyone who recognises any of these items is asked to call the Birkenhead Neighbourhood Policing Team on 0151 777 2204 and quote the crime reference number 0514161038.
