Southport Lifeboat and quads were also paged, Monday February 15 The Southport quads were first to scene and located the casualty who had managed to wade through waist deep water to safety. A HM Coastguard Southport spokesperson said: “This is the second call our in three days to reports of someone being cut off by the tide at Southport.
