Local solicitors expands its conveyancing team

A local law firm has expanded its conveyancing team to help meet demand for its residential conveyancing services. 

Breens Solicitors with offices in Southport and Waterloo has appointed a new Licensed Conveyancer to complement its existing team.

Rebecca Jones joins the Hoghton Street practice having been working at a Preston-based law firm for the last three years.

Managing partner, Stephen Breen said:  “I am delighted to have Rebecca join our firm.  The conveyancing team is expanding and it was important we bring someone of Rebecca’s experience and skills into the firm to help meet demand for our services.”

With more than 10 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, Rebecca qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2013. She deals with all aspects of the conveyancing process, including freehold and leasehold sale and purchases, New Build Properties, Shared Ownership, Transfer of Equity and re-mortgages.

On talking about her new appointment, Rebecca said:  “I am thrilled to be working at Breens.  The firm places great emphasis on the training and development of their staff.  Everybody works hard but there is a family feel about the place.”
