Sue had parked her car on the Promenade near the entrance to Ainsdale beach and went for a brisk afternoon walk. When she returned she noticed she had a parking ticket slapped on her windscreen even though she was not breaking any parking restrictions. She was parked alongside two other vehicles off the main road on the triangle parking space. There were NO double yellow lines and no parking restrictions in place. Sue said she intends to appeal against the fine and is disgusted that her vehicle was targeted for no reason at all. Submit News Contact us with your community, business or sport news.
