Local government unions launch petition for decent pay
UNISON, the GMB and UNITE have launched a petition to call for decent pay in local government.

And we want you to get your fellow union members, colleagues, family, friends and members of the public to sign it between now and 1 April.

That’s ‘We need a decent pay rise day’, when the unions will be organising events across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

One you’ve got full forms, collect them up and return them to the local government service group.

The unions want to get a huge number of signatures, which will then be presented to Prime Minister David Cameron at 10 Downing Street.

And remember that you can keep up with the campaign via Facebook at facebook.com/UnisoninLocalGovernment and Twitter @LocalGovPay.
