The drop-in session, on Wednesday, June 11, is one of many initiatives by Sefton Council to communicate effectively with landlords, raise awareness of responsibilities and improve standards of accommodation. There will be a host of information and landlords can browse stalls to learn about council and partner services or sign up for seminars on issues including the Welfare Reform update on Universal Credit, presented by Sally Kent from the Dept. of Work and Pensions.
