LADIES’ DAY AINTREE 2013 April 5th, 2013 admin Latest News Shares Comments LADIES’ DAY – AINTREE A great natured crowd attended Aintree racecourse today (Friday, 5 April) for Ladies’ Day and throughout the day there have only been two arrests inside the course. Superintendent Paul White, said: “Ladies’ Day always attracts big crowds and is a significant event in the Merseyside calendar. This year was another success with only two arrests. “Tomorrow is the big day of the festival and is a sell-out event. I would repeat my advice to race goers that they should arrive in plenty of time and not bring large bags or too many items. “I would also like to take this opportunity to remind people to take advantage of the excellent public transport services. There are road closures in place and limited parking is available so, where possible, people are advised to avoid bringing their own vehicles. “We look forward to another great day and ask race goers to help us in ensuring that their day is memorable for all the right reasons.” Related Comments comments!
