High rents ‘Chase’ store out of Chapel Street,  Southport 

Another popular Southport business has closed, Chase Menswear, Chapel Street, Southport has closed for the final time this week.

A member of staff told our reporter that high rent and rate’s make it near impossible to make profit on Chapel Street. However the shop will be relocating in the town centre.

Despite this news a £5 Per Month mega gym to open in Southport this week

OTSNews.co.uk was invited to take a tour around Southport’s newest and cheapest gym in the town.

The new Everlast gym will opens on Tulketh Street in Southport this Thursday (1 September).

The gym also offers 4 hours free parking per visit per member and has its own juice and supplements bar.

The new development will incorporate a Sports Direct megastore, a gym, a USC and designer store Flannels.

The development multimillion pounds develop and will create 50 jobs.

Flannels is set to open on the 1st October.
