The winning design for this garden was submitted by Shamal Harave of Merchant Taylors Junior Boys School. Glen’s father Alan Francis took the Challenge Trophy & Large Gold at the 2013 Southport Flower Show so keeping there was added pressure. Glen 21 said to OTSNews.co.uk “I’m delighted with the result, it was really hard work but united team effort has really paid off.” The garden was completed in 10 days with help from Myerscough staff and students and Alan.
