They are all filling up with litter, half finished cigarettes and cannabis joints. The large flower beds are becoming ashtrays and have been in this state for over a month now with no sign of flowers being planted. A nearby shopkeeper said: “I contacted Sefton Council on the 26th April but as per usual nothing has been done, so this is why I have contacted OTS News.co.uk” “The council make a habit of confiscating A-boards for safety but a blind person will not see these flower beds coming, said the shopkeeper” Submit News Contact us with your community, business or sport news.
