Gareth & Rachel’s Sponsored Abseil for Freshfields Animal Rescue Centre

3rd February 2017

Caring animal lovers, Rachael Langdon and Gareth Herbert, are all set to abseil down Liverpool Cathedral to raise desperately needed funds for Freshfields Animal Rescue Centre.

A special page has been set for anyone who wishes to donate to this worthy cause and support the dynamic duo in their  daring endeavour.

Gareth explained: “We are raising money for Freshfields Animal Rescue. I am a volunteer dog walker and see the amazing work that all the staff and volunteers do and all the animals deserve as much support as they can get. I’m doing this because having been a volunteer dog walker at Freshfields for some time now, I have met many wonderful people who do an amazing job taking care of the dogs that need the help. This has inspired me to do what I can to help out and the abseil is a great opportunity to spread the word! “

Gareth added: “Donating through ‘JustGiving’ is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.”

A plea for urgently needed help!

Freshfields Animal Rescue Centre is absolutely desperate because they currently have to shut their doors to new admissions, due to lack of funding. Do please help in any way you can. More information on this following link about Freshfields Animal Rescue.
