John Edwards, 48, of Railway Street, Southport, Glynn Icledon, 61, of Southport Road, Scarisbrick, Phillip Jameson, 29, of Thomas Drive, Prescot and Steven Greenwood, 51, of Russell Road, Southport have all been charged with conspiracy to supply firearms and conspiracy to possess ammunition. Joseph Seiga, 67, of Greensbridge Lane, Halewood, has been charged with conspiracy to supply firearms, conspiracy to possess ammunition and cultivation of cannabis. All five have been remanded in custody to appear at Liverpool City Magistrates Court this morning (Friday, 12 July). A 47-year-old woman from woman arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply firearms and a 56-year-old woman from Halewood arrested on suspicion of cultivation of cannabis have both been bailed pending further enquiries.
