Fire Pleasureland car park Southport
Fire-fighters were called to the Esplanade Southport, at 1:45pm this afternoon (Sunday 15th February 2015) following reports of a fire.
A number of bales of hay on Pleasureland car park caught fire spreading smoke across the roads making it dangerous for motorists.
Fire-fighters arrived on scene within minutes and quickly extinguished the blaze.
There were no injuries involved.
