Emergency services rush to flats on Southport Promenade
The emergency services are attending an incident at a block of flats on Southport Promenade, Thursday 23 February 2017.
At the moment is unclear what the emergency however a member of the public told our reporter paramedics have been taking life saving equipment into the building.
