Stephanie Beko’s story

I am attempting to get a team 150 people together to climb Snowdon on Sunday 6th September and we are looking for walkers and more importantly sponsors.

I am doing this to raise money for Ormskirk hospitals Neo-natal unit. The ward is attempting to raise money to buy an emergency incubator which is an essential piece of life saving equipment for any baby born prematurely or with health issues.

My own beautiful miracle daughter Mia was born at 29 weeks gestation by an emergency C section and spent 6 weeks in the care of the unit which is my personal motivation for organising this event. The team on the unit are truly amazing and take such excellent care of all the babies, on top of this and in their own free time, they attempt to fund raise to help the unit even further. This is our hospital, and our babies, and our responsibility to help them.

If you would like to join the team please contact me on stephbeqo@hotmail.co.uk or if you are able to sponsor us it would be hugely appreciated and a truly fantastic cause.

Thank you so much in advance for your support.
