A regular supporter who attended todays home game told OTS News “I spoke to a senior steward today who told me that they are locked on the specific instruction of Charlie Clapham (the holder of the safety certificate) and told me he had urged people in the past to report the matter to Sefton Council as he, quite rightly, did not agree with this policy which contravenes the safety certificate.
