Susan Howard, aged 48, was arrested in June last 2013 over a suspected inappropriate relationship with a student. Police confirmed that no further action was to be taken against the staff member unless further evidence comes to light. OTS News.co.uk understands she will face now an internal disciplinary process over an allegation she abused a position of trust. Sefton council declined to comment on the matter. Merseyside Police confirmed that Ms Howard was told no further action would be taken against her unless more evidence emerged.They confirmed that a 48-year-old woman was arrested in July 2013 on suspicion of committing an offence under the Sexual Offences Act 2003. An investigation was undertaken and in February 2014 the woman was advised that no further police action would be taken in relation to this matter unless further evidence comes to light.
