The emergency service were called to Liverpool Road shortly after 2.15pm this afternoon, Sunday February 14.
The side of the Peking Garden chip shop collapsed revealing the inside of the upstairs living area. Fortunately no one was injured and no one was the building below at the time(1-2-1 Community activity centre).
The owner reported damp on the gable end. Fire service, Ambulance and Police all remain at the scene as the building is unsafe.
