Chelsea sign defender from Southport
Kyle Jameson will join up with the academy ranks at premier league club Chelsea after an impressive trial at the before Christmas.
Jameson, a talented centre-back, began at Everton and ended up at Southport where the Blues were keeping tabs on him.

Jameson follows Martell Taylor-Crossdale and Jamie Cumming who both recently signed professional deals at the club.
Chelsea fans will be hoping Jameson’s deal is just their first piece of business in the January transfer window.
On January, Antonio Conte told the media: ‘It’s important to talk with my club for sure.
‘There are some positions that, if we are able to find a resolution, it’s important to take a good solution.’
