Southport couple Chantelle Cromwell, and partner is Anthony Spafford lost there baby at 38 weeks on 31st may last year, she had to give birth to her child by c section on that day. It was devastating time for all involved. Chantelle ended up in intensive care with a collapsed lung & a blood transfusion. Grandmother Joanne Vernon said, it was bad enough dealing with the loss of my grand daughter, we have all managed to pull through some how, with the love of all our family and friends support was fantastic. ‘We have decided to hold a charity event in the aid of sands (still birth and neonatal deaths) and hopefully it is going to be a fun day” Star kidz are coming down. Central Dance studios are putting a dance show on, we have face painters on from Jolly’s Play barn, bbq, disco, a massive raffle & auction & the main event the walk of fire, all in memory of my beautiful grand- daughter Lexie Mea Spafford. We have a just giving page which has raised £690 so far. Joanne is from Birkdale and she has had an amazing response from everyone! We hope the fun day will be a real success.
