Joanne Cunningham lost her dad’s watch outside her the nursing home they own on Leyland Road in Southport. The watch had just been collected from the jeweller’s, where a new strap had been fitted. After Joanne realised she had lost the watch, husband Jonathan searched through CCTV footage looking for clues. This is what he discovered: Jonathan made the appeal on Facebook: “Joanne lost her dads watch outside 52 Leyland Road on Thu 7th July approx 1730 hrs. “The watch was in her lap having had a new strap fitted. It has massive sentimental value to her as it was her late father’s. “This is the CCTV of a young chap aged 14-17 picking it up. We don’t blame him at all just keen to get it back.
