Can you help raise funds after doctors give Southport dad months to live

A devoted Southport family man has been given only months to live by doctors. Following this terrible news his family has set up a GoFund me page in order to raise funds.

The money that will be raised will be used for special treatments that can not be purchased in the UK nor funded by the NHS, to hopefully pro-long his life more than the chemotherapy and Radiotherapy.

My name is Beverley Marshall and Yasmin Mason, we are raising money for James Rushby due to the unfortunate news of him developing a grade 4 brain tumour (Glioblastoma multiforme) this is a terminal illness which has left him with the devastating news that he will only live up to 12 months, James (31) has just had a little baby boy who is 12 weeks old, after the loss of so many preganancys.

He was finally happy to welcome baby Ethan-James in to the world to now know he wont see this beautiful little boy grow up. James is a very successful businessman who has had to give up after so many years of hard work, his job and his driving licence and his livelihood.

This is devastating news for not only james, but his whole family, girlfriend, child, stepchildren, brothers and friends, The money that will be raised will be used for spatial treatments that can not be purchased in the UK nor funded by the NHS, to hopefully pro-long his life more than the ChemoTherapy and Radiotherapy, if any treatment is unsuccessful the money will be going to make the last time of James’ life the best he’s ever had, by this we mean a family holiday to spend as much time with his son and loving step children as much as possible and to also put money away for his son.

This means so much to us all as anyone who knows James will know that he is one of the best, he will always go out of his way to help others and now its our turn to help him, please help this man and give him the best year of his short life, that he deserves.

We are very grateful for you taking the time to read this and we are so very grateful for any money raised, it means more than you could ever imagine.

Yours sincerely
Bev and Yazmin
