Southport’s Poppy Break Centre Byng House is in need of donations of flowers, bulbs or bedding plants for it’s garden area.

In 2012, the Byng House garden was thriving, but the weather is one of the factors into the dilapidation of the garden area. In previous years, ex-Armed Forces guests have enjoyed the use of the garden area as a quiet and relaxing space. It is also well used by the Armed Forces families in the Easter and the Summer holidays with the use of garden toys and garden activities that take place.

If anyone wishes to donate any flowers, bedding plants or bulbs to Byng House they are encouraged to bring them along to the Royal British Legion’s hotel. If anyone wishes to make an enquiry about this, they can do so by calling Jason Carroll, Byng House Manager, on 01704 537875.
