Broadhursts has a new book on the shelves!

Local author, Samantha Ferguson, published her debut novel, The Secret Diary of a Checkout Girl, earlier this month.

The book is about a fictional checkout girl named Suzie Quesnell, but has been inspired by real events that happened in the author’s own life. Samantha said: “I think a lot of people will be able to relate to the book. We’ve all had jobs we don’t like, and if you’ve ever worked face-to-face with the general public, then you’ll know that the crazy things can happen!”
